appy.fyi crawls Play Store apps and their reviews, finds the ones losing users to a price hike, a broken release, or a dropped feature, and turns the complaints into a report: what changed, how loud the backlash is, and what a solo builder could clone and fix — with the effort and revenue math laid out next to it.

- Open the feed. Every report starts as a card: an opportunity score, the market gap, time to build, and expected revenue — enough to tell in a glance whether it's worth a closer look.
- Read the teardown. Click a card for the full report: what broke, verbatim reviews naming the want, the rating trend against the nearest competitor, and the build/revenue estimate behind the numbers on the card.
- Decide. Each report closes with a verdict — build it or skip it — and the one fact that decided it.
